A software company that learned to run operations.
CODE NOTICE started in 2023 building software: internal tools, portals and the automation around them. Running those systems for real businesses taught us the other half of the job, the people and procedures the software sits inside. Today we do both across seven service lines, from one office, for clients anywhere, local or abroad.
How we got here
The early work was software: building products we ran ourselves, and integrations for businesses that needed two systems to talk. Every one of those projects came with an operations problem attached. The billing tool needed billers. The support portal needed people answering it. The dashboard needed someone to keep the data clean.
So we hired them, trained them, wrote the procedures, and found we were good at that part too. In 2026 we opened it up: the same team that builds the systems now staffs the work inside them, for clients who'd rather deal with one company than three.
What we're not
We're not a call centre that also does websites, and we're not a dev shop with a support line bolted on. Each service has its own team, its own lead and its own reporting. What they share is the office, the security controls and the habit of writing things down.
We also don't put logos, testimonials or numbers on this site that we can't back up. When we have client references you can call, they'll be here.
Hired for the job, trained for your account.
We hire accounting, business and computer-science graduates, and fluent English speakers with experience on client accounts. Everyone is directly employed, and everyone is trained on your account before they start. See careers.
Support and front office
Fluent English, tested on live calls before hiring. Trained on your account for one to two weeks before they touch a real customer.
Back office and bookkeeping
Accounting and business graduates, many with ACCA or CA-inter progress, trained on your procedures and QA-sampled every week.
Marketing
Writers, designers and campaign managers working in-house, with a native-level English editor on everything customer-facing.
Technology
Engineers and IT administrators who built our own systems before they were let near a client's.
