A missed call is a job your competitor got.

When the phone rings and your technicians are under a sink, someone still has to answer, ask the right questions, and put the job on the board. That's what we do, in your company's name, in your scheduling software. You choose the hours we cover, including evenings and weekends.

UsThanks for calling [your company], this is Sara. Is this for a repair, a new install, or a maintenance visit?

CallerThe AC stopped blowing cold this morning.

UsSorry to hear that, let's get someone out. Can I take the address and the best number to reach you? … Is anyone home this afternoon between 1 and 4?

CallerYes, that works.

UsBooked. The diagnostic visit is $89 and that's applied to the repair if you go ahead. You'll get a text when the technician is on the way. Anything else I should note for them?

Booked, quoted, or handed to you. Never voicemail.

Callers get a person who knows your service area, your fees and your availability, because we work from the same board your dispatcher does. Routine jobs are booked on the call. Estimates are scheduled. Anything unusual goes to whoever you've named, with the recording.

The point isn't to sound polished. It's that nobody who called you today ends up calling someone else.

How many called, how many booked, and where the rest went.

Weekly, by line, with the recordings one click away. Illustrative week for a two-truck HVAC company.

Questions

Which field-service software do you use?

ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge and Service Fusion are the ones we book into most days. We work inside your account, so the job lands on your dispatch board the same as if your office booked it.

What happens with emergency calls at night?

If you want after-hours cover, we answer, triage against the script you gave us, and page the on-call technician for real emergencies. Everything else is booked for the morning. Calls are recorded so you can check any decision.

Will the caller know it's not my office?

We answer with your company name and follow your script. Most callers just want a human who can book them. If they ask, we don't lie; we say we're the company's booking team.

Can you quote prices?

Only the ones you put in the script: diagnostic fees, standard service prices, minimums. Anything else is "the technician will confirm on site" and we book the visit.

How is it priced?

A monthly fee per dedicated line for the hours you choose. Evening, night and weekend cover is a separate shift rate. Admin work such as invoicing and follow-ups is added as a back-office seat if you need it.

Tell us your trades, your service area and your call volume. We'll set up a line in your software and answer it for two weeks.
