Industries / Logistics and Trucking

Loads move at 3am. The paperwork shouldn't wait until 9.

Rate confirmations, carrier packets, PODs, invoices and factoring submissions, processed the day they arrive. Check calls and shipper updates answered on every shift. A back office that runs on the clock freight runs on.

Eleven documents, four systems, one team keeping them straight.

The shaded steps are ours. The point is that invoicing starts the moment the POD lands, not on Friday when someone gets to the pile.

Three shifts. No gap.

A thin desk is thinnest after hours, which is exactly when drivers call. You choose which shifts we cover, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Your team arrives to a list, not a mess.

Every overnight shift ends with a handover note: what happened, what we did, what needs a decision from you. Most items need nothing. The two or three that do are at the top, with the evidence attached.

It's the same list your best night dispatcher would leave, if you could keep one.

Questions

Which TMS platforms do you work in?

McLeod, TMW/Trimble, Aljex, Tai, Turvo, Rose Rocket and a number of smaller ones. Plus the load boards, factoring portals and carrier-vetting tools that sit around them.

Can you cover nights and weekends?

Yes. You choose the hours we cover, including nights and weekends. Logistics is the one industry where we run true 24/7 desks as standard, because loads move at 3am and someone has to answer the driver.

Do you dispatch?

We support dispatch: check calls, updates, paperwork, exceptions flagged. We don't make rate decisions or assign loads unless you've given us a written rule to follow for a specific lane.

How fast do invoices go out?

Target is same day the POD is received: matched to the load, rate confirmation checked, invoice and factoring submission out, with the exceptions listed for your team.

How is it priced?

Per seat per shift for desk work; per load for invoicing and POD processing. Quoted after we see your weekly load count and your current process.

Tell us your weekly load count and your TMS. We'll propose an invoicing desk or an overnight shift, priced per load or per seat.
